How They're Here (Sport Scholarship, Rich, ect): could have gotten a scholarship but is rich.
Description (Eyes, hair, height, ect): Wavy blonde hair and blue green eyes. Tanned, naturally. Slim and somewhat petite. Underweight due to her metabolism.
Personality: Bella is sweet and fun, but does have a temper and have her 'bad moments'. Very random due to being a REACH kid- aka her IQ is pretty high, so she got put in REACH, an they are interesting.
